The project for a cake starts from a confrontation with the customer aimed at understanding their needs in terms of taste and the final setting of the pie.

HOW A CAKE GETS CREATED
The taste of the cakes is derived from the Italian and Anglo-Saxon tradition of confectionery. The mixtures used are the classic flavored sponge cake with alcoholic or non-alcoholic bagne,puff pastry ,shortbread, plum cake, baba, mud cake and fruit cake.

The fillings are made with fresh cream, whipped cream or creams of the most various flavors (coffee, Bolivian cocoa , pistachio, trifle, creme ricotta) as well as fresh fruit.

The glazes of artistic cakes are almost always made with sugar paste or ice, real works of art in order to get the chosen decorations.
